How I'm making sure that 40 is my best year yet. :)

In October I started the Last 90 Days Challenge with Rachel Hollis and a few thousand (maybe millions? ...) of her closest friends. This challenge set me on the path to ending 2019, also the last year of my 30’s, the most mentally and physically healthy that I have ever been.

Feeling invincible and hoping to keep this momentum moving through the new decade I decided to start a list of 40 things I want to accomplish in my 40th year. I did lots of soul searching, read some books, and went to the masses (aka Facebook) to ask for suggestions and here’s what I ended up with. I hope my list inspires you to try something new too!

P.P.S.I have seven spots left on my list and this is definitely a working document. Please add your suggestions in the comments.   • There are three relationship goals that either a) I want to keep a surprise for Babe or b) would make my grandmothers blush. ;) I'll share later as I check them off.
